The collaboration feature in the change order module lets you have context-based conversations with the other participants of a change order. The conversations help you have real-time communication with the other parties, like the project managers of the GC and other subcontractors who have been invited to tender bids and take part in the change order, to clarify your doubts, get opinions, and so on.
The conversations are item-specific and include only selected participants who are involved in the change order bids. This ensures that any sensitive information, data, and digital assets are shared only between the entitled people involved in the specific context. You have control over who gets which information.
