The markup elements added by you in a session are saved temporarily as drafts and are visible only for that session. In order to permanently save markup and share them with others, the sequence of markups is to be published as a group for each session.
Each markup element is shown as a layer under 'Draft' in the layer editor on the left.
To save and publish a markup
- After completing a markup sequence, click 'Save Markup' on the top right.
- Enter a name for the markup and click 'OK.'
The markup is saved as personal markup. By default, the markup is set as private and visible only to the creator. To provide access to other team members, you need to share the markup. You can set access restrictions so that the markup is shared only with the persons and companies you specify. See Set Access Rights for Markups for more guidance.
