Accept invitations from other companies and clients

Modified on Tue, 22 Oct at 6:27 AM

Linarc lets construction companies like general contractors invite other companies like subcontractors, architects, consultants to collaborate on their projects. To do so, companies first need to add them as their associates.

  • General contractors should first add their subcontractors/vendors to their company.
  • Invitations are sent by the Linarc platform to the added companies.
  • Subcontractors/vendors should accept the invitations to associate with the client companies.
  • Once accepted, vendors will be available to the clients to associate with their projects as required.

Clients can assign projects to subcontractors and vendors, request bids, assign tasks, exchange plans and other documents, RFIs, change orders track their work progress and more, from the project portal.

Once a general contractor/client sends you an invite, you will be notified through the notification icon at the top right.

  • Click the icon to view the notification.

This article explains how vendors can accept invitations from clients to associate with them.
