Contractors, Clients and Vendors

Modified on Tue, 29 Oct at 8:22 AM

Linarc is a collaborative platform that lets you share your project with other stakeholders, like the owner, contractors, vendors, consultants like architects, and artisans.

  • The owner or the general contractor should invite other stakeholders, like subcontractors, vendors, consultants, etc as their associates. Once they accept the invitation, general contractors can distribute the project as individual jobs to them depending on their trades.
  • Subcontractors, vendors, and consultants should accept the invites from general and other subcontractors. Once accepted, they can receive jobs, present bids, and complete the tasks assigned by the clients,

The platform acts as a unified hub for collaboration in project management. General contractors can invite associated subcontractors and vendors to collaborate on a project, assign/schedule tasks, track work progress, and much more. Invited subcontractor/vendor companies can accept jobs, and mark their work progress, and submit their periodical SOVs and invoices. Managers and workers from associated companies can exchange plans and documents, RFIs, change orders, and more during the course of the project.

  • Subcontractors and vendors can be invited only from those organizations who have already enrolled themselves in Linarc.
  • If the organization that you want to invite is not registered with Linarc, you can place a request to Linarc to enroll them, providing their details. Linarc communicates with them based on your request and enrolls them.
  • Once they are added to Linarc, you can invite them as your partner
