Based on the unique requirements of your project's scope or company policies, you can add custom form fields at the project level to capture specific details about document items like RFIs or Submittals. These fields complement the standard fields provided by default in the respective forms.
- Custom fields appear in the 'Details' tab of the RFI or Submittal forms, ensuring a seamless data entry experience.
- Information entered into these fields is accessible to all users with access to the document item, promoting transparency and collaboration.
- Data from custom fields is automatically included in reports generated for the respective document types, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation.
This feature empowers teams to adapt document forms to project-specific needs, ensuring no critical information is overlooked. See Custom Form Fields For Project Documents - Overview if you need more details.

- Select the field you want to add to the project document by clicking its serial number
Tip: Use the 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' key on your keyboard to select multiple items at once.
