With this option, you can keep your project files, enterprise resource allocations, communications, and workflows aligned with the tools your team already uses.
- One-Time Setup, Continuous Access – Link an external app once, and it becomes available across all projects in your company account.
- Stay Organized – Push project files and documents—including manually uploaded items and system-generated records into your connected apps for easy access.
- Flexible Sync Options – Choose real-time auto-sync or manual sync for complete control over when updates, renames, and deletions are applied.
- Simplify Collaboration – Shared files in connected apps can be accessed based on the permissions you set, allowing both internal team members and external partners to work together more easily.
The integration module supports connecting external drives:
- Google Drive – Link either your personal 'My Drive' folder or a corporate 'Shared Drive' from your Google Workspace account to your company account.
SharePoint – Connect your SharePoint document library to manage project files within your organization’s Microsoft 365 environment. Recommended for companies working in Microsoft’s ecosystem.
Egnyte – Link your Egnyte folder for secure file storage and collaboration. Recommended for organizations already managing content with Egnyte.
