Respond to a conversation on a submittal

The 'Collaboration' icon on the top right notifies you whenever there is a new message in any of the conversations in which you are a member. The total count of new messages in all chats appears beside the icon as the notification.

• Click on the top right to open the list of conversations.

• Use the drop-down at the top right to filter the conversations that belong to the submittals:

The number at the right of the topic indicates the count of new, unread messages in that chat.

• Select a conversation to view its content and respond to it

The right pane shows the messages and image attachments from the participants in chronological order.

• Enter your response message at the textbox at the bottom

You can also format your text using the options at the left and add image attachments from your local storage by clicking the image icon at the right

• Click the button to send your message

All selected participants will get notifications on the  icon on the top menu.

The options on the top allow you to perform various actions in the conversation:

• Click  to add new participants to the conversation.

• Click  to view the list of members in the conversation 
• Click  to view,  download or copy the attachment images

Tip:

Alternatively, you can open the submittal and click the icon on the top right to chat.
