Linarc provides a robust, centralized cloud repository with secure sharing and granular access restrictions for every project, enabling teams to safely organize critical documents, drawings, and media. This unified environment ensures that authorized stakeholders have real-time access to the most current project data, from inception through completion.
- Securely retrieve uploaded or shared files anytime, from any device, ensuring your team stays connected in the field or the office.
- Protect mission-critical information with reliable cloud backups, preventing data loss and ensuring a permanent project record.
- Enhance communication by adding notes, markups, and comments directly to PDF documents for instant sharing with the entire team.
- Streamline the final phases of a project by automatically compiling all relevant documentation and media for seamless close-out report generation.
Each project-specific file storage comes preconfigured with three distinct drive types, designed to meet diverse collaboration and access needs:
1. Company Drive - Designed for sensitive and mission-critical files for sharing exclusively among project team members within your organization. It is ideal for housing internal documents, proprietary plans, contracts, and other confidential resources.
2. Project Drive - A collaborative workspace for sharing files and documents with team members from all companies involved in the project.
On both Company and Project Drives, you can organize documents in a folder tree structure using company standards or custom folders created on the fly. With granular access permissions, you control exactly who sees what.
3. System Drive - Automatically archives completed project documents—such as RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and change orders—as accessible PDFs.
- To ensure consistency, documents are sorted into predefined folders and shared only with relevant workflow participants.
- This drive is fully system-managed, preventing manual changes to guarantee data integrity.
The system archives removed items in a dedicated Trash folder, ensuring you can quickly recover any accidentally deleted files and folders to their original location.
