The RFI app helps project managers site, supervisors, superintendents, and foremen manage RFIs from the construction sites. The RFI app lets you to

  • Create RFI's from the construction site and assign it to the responsible person whenever there is a need for information instantly.
  • Apply custom workflows to RFI and automatically route them to the designated person viz., the general contractor, subcontractors, architects/engineers, for review, clarification, and approval at successive stages. (General Contractor/ RFI manager only)
  • Answer an RFI designated to you directly, and attach plans, plan markups, and pictures to support your answer.
  • Get notified on RFIs assigned to you easily, review and respond to them instantly from anywhere
  • Close and publish answered RFIs and share them with the involved parties (General contractors/RFI managers only)
  • View and download the closed RFI in PDF format for future reference.
