The 'Cost Loaded Schedule' screen, located under the 'Contracts' module, provides a comprehensive view of how your project budget is distributed across your scheduled tasks and deliverables. This unified view ensures you can easily track the exact financial allocations tied directly to your project timeline. You can view:

  • Fund allocations for all baseline tasks and deliverables originating from your primary project budget.
  • New scheduled work items that have been added as a result of approved Change Orders.
  • Individual line items from your Change Order work cost estimates, which automatically map to the project schedule and appear seamlessly alongside your original scope.

To view the linked contract items and allotted funds

  • Ensure that you're in the Project Contract screen. If not:
    • Click the app launcherand select 'Finance' from the project management console
    • Click 'Contract' on top and select 'CLS' from the left

The the list shows all tasks and deliverables with their schedule details and the funds allocated with default columns. Right-click on the table header to add more columns or remove existing columns as required.    

  • Outline - The serial number of the schedule item in the outline numbering system, as per the WBS hierarchy.
  • Cost Code - A unique identifier assigned to a specific cost item or activity, used to track expenses and performance at a granular level. 
  • Task Name -The descriptive label of the task, activity, or cost item as in the project schedule.
  • CO Name -  If the item is inherited form the change order, the column shows the serial number and title of the change order
  • Planned Start -  The scheduled commencement date of the task. 
  • Planned End -  The completion date of the task.  
  • Allocated Value -  The actual estimated amount assigned to the cost item 
  • Total Budget - The estimated allocation of costs across all tasks or items under this category. 

Search, filter, and sorting options

  • Hover over a column header and click the icon to sort the rows in ascending or descending order of entries in that column

View Groups and Subtotals

  • You can get totals and subtotals of numerical data for any selected set of records by grouping and applying nested grouping. Use the  icon at the top right to organize the data by column headers
  • The system automatically aggregates relevant numerical values, giving a structured breakdown and a clear view of the grand total distribution. See Group and Organize Items in a List View for more details
