The 'Active Employees' screen provides a centralized directory of all your enrolled office staff and field workers.
Use this screen to:
- Quickly retrieve an employee's contact details.
- Review or edit an individual's profile information.
- Add or modify a user's assigned roles and system permissions.
- Suspend or terminate employees
This directory only displays currently active users who have successfully accepted their email invitation and logged into the platform at least once.
View the Details of an Employee
- Log in to your company admin console
- Click 'Employees'> 'Active' on the left

- Select an employee to view his/her details
The details are shown under four tabs on the right pane.
The details pane also allows you to suspend or terminate the employee/worker.
The 'Information' Tab
The information tab shows the complete contact details, the job title, the role in the Linarc platform, and more:

You can edit the details and roles of the employee from this pane. See Edit employee details and Manage Roles Assigned to a User for more details.
The 'License' Tab
The license tab shows the details of the any work licence or driver's license, as submitted by the worker through their mobile application.

The 'Assignments' Tab
The assignments tab shows the list of projects currently associated with the employee. The list shows the chronological order in which the projects were assigned to him/her.

The 'Password' Tab
The Password tab allows you to reset an employee’s password on their behalf. Use this option if the employee has forgotten their password or is unable to access their account. See Manage Employee Password for guidance.
